Harcourts Cooper’s Ilse Evans lives in the Takapuna, Hauraki district, where as she notes, there are only five properties for sale right now. These have already been on the market since pre lockdown, making it the lowest it has been in a very long time. Ilse suggests that your vision of your housing or location may have changed while in Level 4 lockdown, or you may have decided you need a bigger home, or would rather move out of town. Either way, you need to make a decision now.
Ilse’s advice is to take advantage of the next wave of pent up buyer demand post lockdown and offer a long settlement to sort out your next move, and as she says, “I am an experienced agent who lives locally and will get you premium results”.
The Harcourts Cooper & Co Homes Magazine has just been launched, and inside you will find their latest listings, featured properties, lockdown auction success, what’s happening in your community and much more.
Ilse reports, “This week, I listened to the data guru of Core Logic, Nick Goodall. He is predicting a slower growth rate after the next burst of real estate activity. He uses a lot of data for number crunchers.
“If you want to follow the NZ Property Market in detail listen to the weekly Podcast of Nick Goodall of CoreLogic titled “NZ Property Market Podcast” available wherever you source your Podcasts.
“As always – thanks to those of you who have either used my services, or referred me to others over the last couple of months, it is always appreciated. If I can be of help in any real estate matter, please do not hesitate to email or call me personally. Remember advice is always free and mistakes are costly”!
