New build homes are popping up in the area and some of these are being offered for sale off the plans, as with a property at 84 Francis Street. The current hot market means there are plenty of aspiring buyers who do not enjoy paying to get valuations, LIM reports and other due diligence done on a property, only to then miss out on the sale at auction. That can make buying directly from a developer pretty appealing. However, Ilse recommends you do your checks first.
