Canopy Cancer Care is pleased to announce it has merged its business with the TRG Group. The merger was completed on 8th April 2020, during the COVID-19 lockdown.
Canopy is New Zealand’s largest private provider of medical oncology services, while TRG Imaging is the North Island’s largest diagnostic imaging provider. Between the two entities they have 23 clinics across the North Island.
The merger will enable the two companies to explore future growth opportunities and deliver more integrated patient pathways covering diagnostic, medical oncology and related services to cancer patients and their families, with the aim of ultimately improving patient experience and outcomes.
