Doing so will help you visualize what your week is going to look like, and which tasks you need to prioritise.  

By factoring in your breaks, you can avoid burning out, and ensure that you are making room in your life to spend time with the people who matter to you. Too often we feel like the only way to get caught up on work is to neglect our social lives, but once you start to schedule breaks and social activities into your weekly plan, you’ll find that you have more room than you thought. 


Allocate Your Time and Energy

Take into account that your energy is limited, and that you only have 24 hours every day, so distribute them realistically.  

For example, Identify the days of the week when work is too hectic and assign easier tasks on those days. Chill, more relaxed days are good for heavier and more time-consuming tasks, such as cleaning the house, changing the sheets, and doing the laundry. Order your tasks and be logical about them.
